OCTOBER – month of the rosary
At Sunday masses during the month, we will say the “Hail Holy Queen” instead of the “Hail Mary” in our prayers of intercession. Also, on Friday mornings after mass we will pray the Romero Rosary’s Mysteries of Charity. There will be a short scripture reading to help us meditate on God’s love for us, a brief reflection and then those present will pray a decade of the rosary. We invite those joining livestream to accompany us and everyone else to pray a decade sometime during the day in solidarity with us.
NOVEMBER – remembering those who have died
Remembrance Sunday is of course the 8th November
Our Parish Remembrance Services for those who have died will be on 15th/16th November. We remember all our loved ones and we especially invite the families of those who have died during this past year to attend mass during which a candle will be lit for each named soul. Grave blessings are as follows: Nov 8th: St. Paulinus at 12.30, Bexleyheath at 2.00, Kemnal Park at 2.00, Brook St. at 3.00
Nov 15th Sidcup at 2.00, Nov 21st Hillview at 11.00
MARLENE BURT RIP: Marlene’s funeral will be on Friday October 30th at 10.00. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

The work we do here on your behalf is a Christian response to poverty and homelessness. We ensure that our service-users receive a free hot meal and have access to washing facilities, health care, clothing, housing & welfare advice. On average we see about 120 people a day. All thanks to your support.
