Dear Parishioners
Many of us are disconsolate about what Russia is doing to Ukrainians. A while ago, Pope Francis led a very moving service of consecration to God through the Immaculate Heart of Mary and it has inspired this brief prayer for peace that you might like to pray occasionally:
Mother of God and our Mother, to your Immaculate Heart, we solemnly entrust and consecrate ourselves, the Church and all humanity, especially Russia and Ukraine. Grant that war may end and peace spread throughout the world.
God Bless, Fr Doug
FIRST HOLY COMMUNION 2022 –

SURPLUS ROSARIES
There is a box near the repository for you to deposit your old and unused rosaries. The Catenian Association collect these and send them to Catholics overseas where they are valued as possibly the only personal possession they have. There are also information leaflets for you to take.
Throughout the Covid pandemic the Catenians around the world have Zoomed once a month to say the Rosary for those less fortunate. John Rayer, Catenian Association
