SAFEGUARDING OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR: We are looking for an office administrator to join our Safeguarding team in SE1. This is a full-time job (0900 – 1700 Monday to Friday) and is offered initially on a 12 month fixed term contract. The key areas of work are administration of the DBS Disclosure application process, maintenance of national and local databases, administrative support to the Safeguarding training programmes and assistance in delivery of training as necessary, maintaining and updating of policy documents, forms and procedures and taking notes at Safeguarding meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults, and will preferably have experience of working in this area. Excellent IT and communication skills coupled with evidenced understanding of confidentiality are also essential. Salary: £23, 000 – £25,000 pa depending on skills and experience. As a brash, hot-headed soldier, in a time of political upheaval in Spain in the 1500’s, Ignatius went from a life of brutal violence and debauchery to become one of the greatest saints in the history of the Church. All welcome, admission free, Bar open, charity stall, hot buffet snacks, 7:00pm or 7:30pm start.
