The Lord has chosen us to be his people. The God we worship is the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And we look forward in hope to a glorious future in the Kingdom of our Father.

JOHN UNDERWOOD RIP: John’s family have requested family flowers only. Donations can be made in John’s memory to Cancer Research UK.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED PLEASE: Our next Gardening Day will be on Saturday 31st August. We will be preparing the flower beds in the front of the church for planting roses in the autumn. If you can spare a couple of hours we hope you will join us. Weather permitting we will meet outside the church after the 10am Mass. Please bring your own gardening tools. Thank you for your support. PARISH BARN DANCE:You are cordially invited to join us for our Parish Barn Dance in the church hall on Saturday 14th September from 7.30 until 11.00pm (Bar open from 7pm). Great fun for all the family. No experience necessary! If you wish, please bring your own nibbles. Tea/coffee and cake will be served during the interval. Ticket numbers are limited and selling fast.
