Abraham was prepared to give God his only son, Isaac, in sacrifice. God would do no less. “This is my Son, the Beloved”, he says to us. “Listen to Him”.

PADDY McMAHON RIP: Many parishioners will remember Paddy McMahon who travelled with us many times to Medjugorje. Sadly, we have heard he has died peacefully in Ireland. Please remember him and all the family in your prayers. He was Margaret Bird’s cousin.

OUR LADY’S FILM EVENING – Wednesday 21st March, movie on Blessed Miguel Pro, the Jesuit executed for being a Catholic priest. SPECIAL EVENT Saturday 24th March: Movie ‘The King’s Stutter’ – story of King George VI, his impromptu ascension to the throne and the speech therapist who helped the unsure monarch become worthy of it. For both events bar open, admission free, all welcome, 7pm for 7.30pm starts.
