BREAD FROM HEAVEN

Through Christ we have undergone what St Paul calls a spiritual revolution and we can no longer be satisfied with material things. We need the food that comes from heaven, the bread of life which we receive at this Mass

OUR LADY’S FILM EVENING: No film evening in August. Next evening Wednesday 12th September on St Vincent de Paul.

OUR NEW PARISH PRIEST: Following the transfer of priest in the diocese, Fr Douglas Bull has been appointed the new parish priest to St John Fisher, effective from 17th September 2018. At present he is the parish priest of Holy Cross, Catford, and will be taking-up his first Sunday Masses on the weekend of 22/23 September. My last Sunday Masses will be on the 15/16th of September, the weekend of our Barn Dance! We wish Fr Douglas all the best as he takes up his appointment. Thank you. Rev. Fr. Dr. C.C. Onyigbuo
