Fifth Sunday of Lent

The Lord Who Has Wiped Out Our Past Sinfulness

The utter completeness of Christ’s forgiveness is almost incredible. When he says to us “Neither do I condemn you”, the past is dead, snuffed out like a wick, forgotten. Laughter and song fill our hearts. It seems like a dream.

R.I.P.   MAUREEN HAMILTON The funeral will take place on Friday 12th April 1.15 pm at St John Fisher. Burial at Sidcup cemetery. All welcome afterwards in the hall. No flowers please though donations to Bexley and Greenwich Hospice are much appreciated.

FILM EVENING FINALE: Wednesday 27th March, by popular request a re-showing of an entertaining movie about pilgrims walking the Camino de Compostela (Way of St James) – their encounters, struggles, and how they learn to love strangers and share each other’s hurts.
