Dear Parishioners,
The gospel this Sunday does make us mindful of our stewardship of all that God invests in us. It might be a good time to consider whether we can do more for others and in particular, whether we can do more in the parish. Over the past few years our weekly collection has declined. Can we increase our contribution a little? The newsletter has several elements to it. Could someone assist in the compilation. Laundering the cloths used at mass used to be shared by several, now just one or two. The grounds need a lot of maintenance. A few people do “their bit”, Could anyone spare a little time to help as well? … And there’s always more!
God Bless, Fr Doug
