Dear Parishioners,

FIRE DRILL – Thanks everybody and thank you to our mass stewards.

Our fire drill was calmly carried out with the evacuation times for the 3 mass congregations being, 1 minute, 25 seconds, 1 minute, 5 seconds and 2 minutes, 30 seconds.

Very impressive, and that should reassure us of our safety at church.

I am so pleased to see the hall looking refreshed and renewed. Thank you to all involved and to the 2 groups whose bookings had to be suspended for 2 weeks. Let’s now keep Sellotape and Bluetac off the walls and woodwork!

NINA SREDSKI RIP – Legacy

We are most grateful to Nina who remembered the parish in her will with a gift of £2,000. It was a generous thing to do and obviously, it would be terrific if anyone else thought to leave a legacy when making a will! It is beyond the reach of inheritance tax as well. There is a leaflet in the foyer explaining how to do this. May she rest in peace and rise in glory.

                               God Bless,                                                Fr Doug
